Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange

Items can be exchanged for a different size, or replaced if found faulty, within 14 business days of receiving the order.
This policy applies only to items purchased directly through 21stitches.co.

2. Exchange Process (Website)

All exchange requests must be submitted through our website using the exchange/returns system (Shopify app).
Exchanges do not incur additional fees except for shipping fees. Please submit accurate details to initiate the process.

3. Refund Policy (Website)

21 Stitches does not offer refunds or returns after delivery. Customers may inspect their order while the courier is present before accepting it. Once the order is accepted, it cannot be returned or refunded. Exchange requests are reviewed case by case by the team and are not guaranteed. For wrong or defective items, please contact us through Instagram DM within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos.

4. Item Acceptance Criteria

Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged are not accepted.
Only items in original condition will be eligible for exchange/refund review.
